Care instructions
*Machine Wash clothing items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design. Machine Dry inside out at a low temperature Or, hand wash and hang to dry.
*All Canvas Tote Bags should be spot washed with a mild soap
*Ceramic Mugs are microwave and top rack dishwasher safe. For longevity, handwashing is recommended.
*Enamel Cups and metal drinkware cannot be washed in the dishwasher. Please hand wash these items.
We use quality eco friendly inks for all of our items.
Custom and personalized orders
Like the item, but prefer another saying? Just convo us and we will be happy to discuss. Customer service is very important to us. We welcome as many conversations as it takes to make sure we are on the same page as far as your order is concerned. All orders are completed in our non smoking, small home studio. We do not ship your order to a print shop to complete.
Although we do our utmost to wrap items very carefully and safely in bubble wrap, on the rare occasion if something happens to be broken, please contact us and provide a photo of damage within 24 hours.

Processing Time: 1-3 days
During holidays please expect delays as the amount of orders are slightly higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
First Class Canada Post shipping will take 1-10 business days
Priority shipping which includes tracking will take approximately 3-8 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or lost/stolen items.
